Prices will vary according to the special offers we have over the year. The prices quoted on our web page will always include the offers available at the time of the year you make your reservation. We have a very aggressive pricing policy and should you find a better offer for a similar car and for the same date/destination, we would appreciate your letting us know at the following e-mail address reservas@top-car-hire.com and we will do our very best to improve our quotations.

- What the price includes?
The price quoted includes unlimited mileage, taxes, insurance and optional seats for children/babies. Luggage racks are charged at ¤2.00 per day.

- What is not included in the price?
The price quoted does not include fuel. The car must be returned with the same amount of fuel as it had on renting it. Should you so desire, you may contract additional insurance coverage, but in the majority of cases this is not necessary.

- May I change Islands?
The car must be driven on the same Island where it was rented. If you take the car to another Island this will be at your own risk as the insurance policy does not cover this possibility and you would be liable for all costs related to any incident that may occur including the cost of sending the car back to the Island where it was rented. Should you need to change Islands, kindly send us an e-mail to reservas@top-car-hire.com and we will study your specific case.

- Requirements?
In order to rent a car you must be over 25, in possession of a driving licence for the past 3 years and be a holder of a credit card.

- Duration of the Car Rental?
A car may be rented for any length of time ? from one hour onwards. However, the minimum length of a contract is one day and the maximum one month. If you reserve the car for less than a day the contract will be signed on a 24 hour basis, and for periods over a month the contract will be signed on a monthly basis.

- Advance bookings?
The car may be rented 12 hours in advance over the Internet. Should you need to rent a car with less advance notice, kindly call our Booking Office on 34-902 200 696 or call our corresponding Branch office directly (see list of branch offices on this same page).

- Minimum age to rent a car?
You must be over 25 to rent a car. You must also have a Driving Licence valid in Spain and have been a driver for the past 3 years.

- Methods of Payment ?
Payment must be made by means of a Credit Card. Your Credit Card details will be needed on picking up the vehicle, not for making the booking.

- 1.Credit Cards?
A Credit Card is not required on booking a car, however our staff will ask you for your Credit Card details on picking up the car, as this is the only method of payment accepted. We accept all main Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Debit Cards are not accepted.

- Insurance?
Compulsory Insurance coverage is included in the price. This covers: Collision Damage Warranty (CDW), Theft Policy (TP), Personal Accident Injuries (PAI) and Third Party Liability. Damage to Wheels and/or Tyres, fines, loss or breakage of car keys and pumping of wrong fuels into the car?s tank is not included. Special Insurance coverage may be contracted if you so desire.

- Taxes?
All taxes are included in the price (VAT, airport taxes etc.)

- Second Driver?
For bookings made over the Internet, there will be a surcharge of ¤2.5 per day for Second Drivers. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the driver signing the contract and their personal details must be reflected on the contract.

- Seats & accessories for Children/Babies, Luggage Racks?
For bookings made over the Internet and requested in advance - Seats & Accessories for Children will not be charged for. Luggage racks are charged at ¤2.00 per day. All these car accessories are approved by European Security regulations.

- Type of Car?
Our fleet includes more than 25 different models, classified by Groups. When you book a car, we will do our utmost to deliver the car requested. Should we not have the exact model at the time of pick up, we will deliver you another from either the same Group or a higher Group at no additional cost.

- Branch Offices?
We have Branch offices at the following airports: Gran Canaria (34-928-579213), Fuerteventura (34-928-860760), Tenerife North (34-922-26.22.02) Tenerife South: (34-922-392216), Lanzarote: (34-928-846255). We also have offices in all the main Tourist areas of these Islands. You will find a list of all our offices on our main web page.

- Privacy?
Your personal details will be kept strictly confidential and under the strictest security measures. These details are only used to process your booking and to guarantee customer attention on your arrival. By no means are they handed over to third parties.

- 1.Safe Communications?
Some websites use encrypted communication to transmit private data, such as Credit Card details. At Top-Car we have eliminated this data to avoid unnecessary risks on making a booking. The details we ask you to fill in on our Booking Form are not more than those found in a telephone directory.

- Cancellation of Bookings?
Should you wish to cancel a booking you can either phone us on 34-902 200 696 or send us an e-mail to reserves@top-car-hire.com stating your Reservation Nŗ, name, surname and the dates you requested the rental. This information is needed to ensure that it is you and not someone else that is making the cancellation. There is no charge for cancellations, but we would appreciate your doing so if you no longer require the booking as this helps us to offer our customers a better service and to control the availability of our fleet more efficiently.

- Hotels?
The car rental contract starts and expires exclusively in our Branch offices. We do not deliver cars to Hotels or residences where we do not have offices. Neither do we accept cars being returned in places where we do not have Branch offices. This to due to our aggressive pricing policy.

- What do I do if I need help?
You may call any of our Branch offices where we will be pleased to help you. On picking up the car you will be given a pamphlet with all the pertinent information on where to find us in case of need.

- Other Queries?
