Internet prices are subject to changes at any moment. You can only enjoy special prices if you book through the Internet. We have different prices if you book by the telephone.
Our rates include:
- Taxes (IGIC or VAT).
- Unlimited mileage.
- Comprehensive insurance
Once the customer makes his or her reservation through the Internet, he or she will receive 2 E-mails to the address given to us.
- The first mail will confirm that we have correctly received the personal details.
- The second mail to confirm or reject the request.
The service given at the airport does not charge any extra fees.
Drivers must hold a driver's licence that is valid within Europe and have at least 3 years experience behind the wheel.
The minimum age for hiring a car is 25.
We are not responsible for any object left inside the car.
Vehicles may be collected from any of our airport or tourist destination offices. It is necessary that the driver presents a credit card for the payment upon collection of the car. It is also essential for the customer the number of reservation which confirms the acceptation of the car to pick it up.
Payment should be made in our offices upon collection of the vehicle. No payment will be made over the Internet
Children´s and baby´s car seats are available free of charge for reservations made over the Internet. The roof racks are only available from the group B and C, only for transporting 1 surfboard, and they cost 2€ per day. Only one surfboard can be transported on each roof rack. Surfboards have to put on the roof racks and not inside the car.

In case that you can not pick up the car at this time, you can ask us to wait for you during night hours and its price.
The delivery of cars confirmed out of office hours will have an extra charge.
Customers should return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when collected.
Cars may not be taken out of the original island.
The personal details provided over the Internet will be treated as confidential and will not be made available to third parties.
Drivers are responsible for any legal infraction made by them while driving or parking of the vehicle (fines, parking, etc.) according to the Driving Code and other effective legal dispositions.
The insurance policy does not cover the following:
- Flat tires.
- Damage caused by dangerous driving.
- Damage caused by filling the tank with the wrong fuel.
- Damage to rims and tires.
- Damage done to the underneath of the car body.
- Loss or damage to keys and remote control devices.
